About the Market

Saturdays | 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

The Alpharetta Farmers Market is one of the finest places in North Fulton to enjoy fresh, locally sourced farmers’ products, delectable treats, and experience the Alpharetta community. Each week, the Farmers Market offers locally grown produce; natural meat; gardeners with fresh flowers and plants; hand-crafted gifts, jellies, sauces, and soaps; homemade bread, desserts, and baked goods; local raw honey; food vendors; and other Southern food producers.

Sponsored by the Alpharetta Business Association and Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Alpharetta Farmers Market has consistently been voted a top Farmers Market in the area.

The Market was created in 2006 by downtown Alpharetta merchants wanting a place where residents could conveniently purchase fresh local produce. The first Market was held under the old oak tree in the city parking lot. Since then, the Alpharetta Farmers Market has literally blossomed into a Saturday morning destination not to be missed.

Market hours are each Saturday 8:300 - 12:00 pm from early April through November. The Christmas Markets are held the first two Saturdays in December. We will be located on North and South Broad Streets in downtown Alpharetta in front of City Center alongside the Town Green. The Market is open to the public and admission is free.

The Alpharetta Farmers Market is dog friendly but please make sure your pups are on a leash and that you clean up after any messes. Owners are responsible for the behavior of their dogs.

Parking is free around the Alpharetta Farmers Market but please be aware that parking areas may change due to ongoing construction projects downtown.

Make plans soon to enjoy a Saturday morning at the Market where you can see friends, try new foods, enjoy a cup of fresh-squeezed lemonade, and buy locally sourced produce and meats. Hope to see you there!
